Lucas  is considered by many to be a sales pro with his 13 plus years of professional experience and is an up and coming entrepreneur.

Hudek, a dynamic and sought after business professional, is also the CEO and Co-founder of twenty20 payments, which provides merchants in the U.S. and Canada with secure credit card processing solutions. Twenty20 is a full-service, merchant account acquirer with customers and independent sales partners located across the United States. The firm leverages extensive industry experience and a comprehensive suite of credit card merchant account services to provide a complete system of credit card processing solutions with competitive rates. He has been in the payments space for 8 years and started his career as the 3rd payment consultant at what became one of the largest and highest producing Independent Intuit Merchant Service Sales office’s in the country located in Scottsdale, AZ.  His company formulates strategic partnerships with various banks, credit unions, and associations to help more business customers which provides tremendous value for the financial institution partners.

He has customized personal development seminars and social networking events for entrepreneurs, professionals, and success-minded individuals through his membership based group called MindFoodie.

Lucas is a recent graduate from the 20 lecture world renowned online start up class called the Y-Combinator held at Stanford University.  In 2015 he also completed the Hub of Human Innovation Technology Accelerator’s “Shift Program”. Twenty20 recently participated in the Paso Del Norte Venture Capital + Expo Contest (PDNVC+E) with dozens of start-ups and early stage companies across the southwest and northern Mexico.

Lucas was formally selected to be an American Legion Boys State member in Austin Texas and later served as a mentor which puts him in a prestigious group of previous selected participants including: Bill Clinton, Jerry West, Michael Jordan, Neil Armstrong, Phil Jackson, Roger Ebert, Rush Limbaugh, and Tim Cook.

He served as the Former President of the University of Texas at San Antonio chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America consisting of over 115 members.  While attending UTSA, he completed his internship at Walt Disney Word where he completed Disney’s world renowned 6 month customer service training at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Fl.

Formerly, Lucas was an American Mentor for the International Rescue Committee’s office in Scottsdale, AZ where he housed an Iraqi refugee for 3 months and coached soccer for displaced children from Thailand and Burma in his spare time.  A former athlete, Lucas was selected to play on a Argentinian Men’s Summer Basketball League in Buenos Aires where his team finished 2nd place.  He also was formerly the assistant coach of the San Antonio Spurs Summer Basketball Camp were coached alongside NBA Pro’s Avery Johnson, David Robinson, Sean Elliot, and Steve Kerr.

Lucas, has traveled to over 25 countries and has lived in 3, including the U.S., Argentina, and Brazil.  After university, he was signed to model for a top 10 modeling agency in New York City called Fusion Model Management and was voted Model of the Week by models.com. He booked work and runway shows with notable names including: Glamour Magazine, Playboy Magazines Men’s Annual High Fashion Editorial shot in Tahiti, French Polynesia,  Jean Paul Gaultier, Polo Ralph Lauren, Stuff Magazine, and Saturday Night Live.

His blog, the twenty20insider provides viewers and followers inspirational tips and strategies on the resources of business, human achievement, personal growth, and wealth creation.   The twenty20insider is updated daily, offering viewers the opportunity to read, listen, and learn from the world’s top leaders.

His core philosophy is a continual self improvement which has led him to become an avid reader.  He typically reads 36 business related books per year and participates in various seminars, workshops, and online classes.

Lucas enjoys spending time with family and friends, excercising, reading, traveling, and playing golf during his spare time.
